Mika Mänz leads the Corporate Organization and Management teams and is passionate about the automotive industry for almost 12 years. A wide understanding of the latest market trends, technical possibilities and regional customer needs allows him to come up with creative concepts to implement excellence in global organizations. He is responsible for the setup of cross functional consulting networks. Together with clients he enables organizations to make use of the possibilities of digitalization. Setting up new business models, integrating start-ups and innovation partners into the innovation process were his main activities in recent years.
